- RETURNS/EXCHANGES
- We believe our products are of excellent quality, but if you do find a fault we’ll happily replace it, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please select your design carefully however as we don’t offer returns for a change of mind.

We cannot be held liable for the cost of postage for returns. To ensure your item arrives safely back to us here at tropicalhowie, please express post or send your item/s via registered post. We will not be held liable for items lost in the post.
- SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
- All domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post and will be delivered within 2-5 business days.
- SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
- You can expect your delivery within 10 business days depending upon your location. All purchases are made in Australian dollars and are converted to your local currency on your credit card bill by your credit provider (e.g. Visa or MasterCard)
